Privacy Policy
ICFI PRO ("we", "our") is provided by IPILOT.CO.IL. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the ICFI PRO app and related services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create an account and use the app: email address, name, profile details (e.g. display name, date format preference), and optional profile photo. When you link as an instructor or student, we store those relationships and any identifier numbers you provide. When you join organisations, we store your membership and any colour preferences. We also store schedule events you create or that are shared with you, and metadata for calendar sync. For push notifications we store device tokens and device names. We use authentication providers (e.g. email magic link, Google Sign-In) as you choose; we receive and store the identifiers they provide so you can sign in.
COM3 (social features)
COM3 is the social area of ICFI PRO for the aviation community. When you use COM3, we also collect and store: your COM3 profile (bio, equipment, achievements, gallery images, and stat shares you choose to publish); feed posts, comments, tags, and images you upload; direct messages and images you send in COM3 chat; copilot connection requests and accepted copilots; your COM3 privacy settings (who can see your posts, interact with you, or view your feed); and a list of users you have blocked. If you report content or another user, we store your report (reason, content type, and related identifiers) so we can review it and keep the community safe.
COM3 visibility and sharing
Who can see your COM3 content depends on your privacy settings and copilot connections. Posts, profiles, and interactions may be visible to other members according to the audience you select (e.g. everyone, copilots only, or more restricted options). Direct messages are visible to you and the participants in each conversation.
How we use your information
We use your data to provide and improve ICFI PRO: to authenticate you, show your profile to linked users and organisations, manage instructor–student links and organisation membership, display and manage schedules, send push and in-app notifications, and sync events with your device calendar where you have enabled it. For COM3, we use your data to show feeds and profiles, deliver direct messages, manage copilot connections, send COM3-related notifications, apply your privacy choices, enforce blocks, and review reports to address abuse. We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only as needed with service providers (e.g. hosting, push delivery) under strict confidentiality, or when required by law.
Data storage and retention
Your data is stored on secure servers. We retain your account and related data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account from Profile or Settings → Security in the app; we will delete or anonymise your personal data, including COM3 posts, messages, images, and profile content, in line with our retention procedures, except where we must retain data for legal or safety reasons (e.g. abuse reports under investigation).
Your rights
You can access and update your profile and preferences in the app. You can remove instructor/student links and leave organisations. In COM3, you can change privacy settings, block users, and report content or members. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or object to certain processing, by contacting us (see below). If you are in the EEA/UK, you have additional rights under applicable data protection law.

Terms of Service
By using ICFI PRO you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the ICFI PRO app and related web and mobile services provided by IPILOT.CO.IL. By signing in or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Account and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. The service is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction); if you are under 18, use should be with appropriate parental or guardian consent.
Use of the service
You may use ICFI PRO only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You may not: misuse or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or others' accounts; upload malicious code or content; harass others or violate their privacy; or use the service in any way that could harm the service or other users. You are responsible for the content you add (e.g. schedule events, profile data, COM3 posts, messages, and images) and for your conduct when linking with instructors, students, organisations, or other COM3 members.
COM3 and user-generated content
COM3 allows you to publish posts, comments, images, and messages. You must post only content you have the right to share and that complies with these Terms. Do not post unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or spam content. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us the rights needed to operate COM3 (e.g. to store, display, and deliver your content to the audience you choose). We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or receive valid reports. Use in-app report and block tools or contact Support if you see abuse.
Intellectual property
ICFI PRO and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by IPILOT.CO.IL or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service for your personal use in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service (e.g. to store, display, and sync your data).
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for decisions made based on data in the app (e.g. schedules, links) or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for other operational or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases; we may retain or delete data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms or the Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes may be communicated in the app or by email where appropriate.
